Daily Wellness Routine

Being back and school and student teaching full-time this past semester meant that I was around a LOT of people and a lot of germs! I am so proud to say that I didn’t get sick ONCE!

I wanted to share my daily routine with you all that I use to stay well. I’m also sharing things I add to that routine when I do start to fall under the weather. I hope this is helpful to you all!
