Thieves Esssential Oil–
Young Living has an entire line of household/personal care products specifically infused with Thieves EO. Thieves helps get rid of “undesirable organisms” and it is amazing for keeping you healthy!
Here are a couple favorite ways to use Thieves EO:
+ Diffuse thieves to help purifiy the air! It smells like Christmas and is amazing for keeping your home healthy!
+ Add a few drops to baking soda and use as a freshening carpet powder.
+ Make a roller of 15-30 drops thieves in a 10ml roller filled with carrier oil and apply on the bottoms of your feet and spine daily.
Here are a few ways to use Thieves Vitality:
+ Add a drop to honey in hot tea to help soothe your throat
+ Take internally in capsules, elderberry syrup, or tea to boost your immune system

RC has such an uplifting smell. It helps support your breathing in BIG WAYS! A drop of RC on the chest before a workout in the spring when everything is covered with a faith yellow dust is really nice. Add it to your Lemon/Lavender/Peppermint springtime roller too! It’s a must have.
Purification Essential Oil–
